Director of Payment Model Implementation
Remote

Blu Omega is seeking a Director of Payment Model Implementation to support a CMS program focused on Medicare payment model implementation. This role operates within a remote environment and is responsible for leading teams and providing hands-on analytic and coding support across Medicare claims analysis and payment model/policy support. The position requires experience supporting Medicare claims data and value-based care within a mission-driven environment.
Program Overview
The CMMI ACCESS Model is a Medicare initiative that shifts chronic disease care from fee-for-service to outcome-based payments by incentivizing providers to use technology and continuous care to improve patient health.
Key Details
Location: Remote (Remote for the first 6 months; after that, 4 days/week onsite for candidates who live within 30 miles of DC, NY, or MN offices-otherwise 100% remote)
Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determination
Responsibilities
Salary Range: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00
Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
