Job Description
PLEX Solutions, A Part of Markon is building a talent pool of Intelligence Analysts to support future Intelligence Community missions in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. This pipeline opportunity is intended to identify qualified candidates to conduct all-source intelligence analysis using information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues and developments. Intelligence Analysts may provide analytic support to intelligence collection, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence requirements. Selected candidates will be considered for future openings aligned to customer and mission priorities.

Responsibilities
- Provides current intelligence briefs and products on a daily basis in support of the customer.
- Includes research and development of current event topics related to cyber threats in support of current operations.
- Ensures products submitted demonstrate knowledge of the pertinent subject matter that clearly articulates the doctrine, objectives and technical capabilities.
- Ensures collection requirements adequately define the ongoing need for information on technically complex subjects.
- Leverages Update articles, customer Daily Brief slides, or other current intelligence products, as required and uses all-source analytic tradecraft and standards.
- Documents Operating Instructions (Ols) for programs and initiatives as assigned by the Government.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI W/ Polygraph
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 12+ years of relevant experience as an Intelligence Analyst
- Possesses either a certificate of completion /or verified work experience/course work equivalent to the skills identified for IAT level 1 or 1AM level
- Provide all-source analysis in support of operational mission objectives
- Categorizes and characterizes cyber threats and malware to help identify trends and changes required.
- Provides intelligence products and written/oral assessments that adhere to standards and require moderate to minimal corrections from customer analytic reviewers.
- Documents Operating Instructions (Ois) for Command wide programs and initiatives as assigned by the Government.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
