Job Description

Our Deloitte AI & Engineering team works to transform technology platforms, drive innovation, and help make a significant impact on our clients' success. You'll work alongside talented professionals reimagining and reengineering operations and processes that are critical to businesses. Your contributions can help clients improve financial performance, accelerate new digital ventures, and fuel growth through innovation.

Work you'll do

The ideal candidate will help turn technical AI capabilities into intuitive, scalable React interfaces that make the tools easier to use, easier to adopt, and better aligned to real client needs. The role requires someone who can work effectively with Deloitte leadership, client stakeholders, and cross-functional team members in a highly collaborative federal health environment. This person needs strong client presence, the ability to navigate complex stakeholder groups, and the judgment to operate well across multiple levels of the organization. The candidate should be comfortable:

-Delivering user-friendly front-end solutions for AI-enabled workflows.
-Using GitHub for code collaboration
-Version control
-Development workflows
-Understand the path from development to production, including testing, validation, release management, and deployment
-Support integrations, troubleshoot bugs, and perform backend-adjacent tasks that help keep front-end solutions moving forward
-Experience in federal health, AI-enabled delivery, and modern front-end development is highly valued
-The right person will be able to translate business and technical requirements into clean, usable solutions while working closely with both Deloitte and client teams to support successful delivery, adoption, and long-term sustainment.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience with Github
  • 1+ years of experience with AI Agents
  • 1+ years of experience with digital front end development
  • 1+ years of experience building reliable, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
