We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Communications Systems Operator (CSO) Liaison to join our team in support of an enterprise program at Joint Base Andrews. This is a full-time position.

- Provide technical support for communications systems and networks
- Liaise between technical teams and operational units
- Monitor and troubleshoot communication systems
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and standards
- Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities
- Generate reports and documentation related to system performance and issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications systems and networks
- Experience with enterprise communication systems and protocols
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
