- Support rapid prototyping, experimentation, and iterative capability development efforts through continuous assessment and stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain a schedule of ongoing projects and synchronize activities across technical, operational, and organizational stakeholders.
- Track action items, milestones, risks, and decisions associated with major initiatives and leadership-directed efforts.
- Support the planning, execution, integration, and assessment of MDO experimentation, testing, training, and technology demonstration activities by coordinating with systems engineers, operators, and mission partners to ensure technical efforts align with operational objectives.
- Develop and implement assessment strategies, Measures of Performance (MOPs), and Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) for MDO experimentation, testing, and training events.
- Analyze mission outcomes to identify capability gaps, performance trends, operational risks, and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize and continuously improve existing analytical tools, dashboards, and visualization capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support the development of operational vignettes, experimentation objectives, and assessment frameworks for MDO events and demonstrations.
- Integrate data from multiple sources to support mission analysis, operational assessments, and strategic planning efforts.
- Support digital engineering, systems engineering, and data-driven decision-making initiatives across the MDO Pilot Site.
- Prepare technical reports, after-action reviews, executive briefings, and assessment products for senior leaders.
- Support capability transition efforts by providing analytical evidence and recommendations for future investments and acquisition decisions.
