Job Description
We are seeking a Logistics Analyst II to support the Logistics and Program Management Support Services to the Defense Security Cooperation Agency’s (DSCA) International Operations Global Execution Division (OPS/GEX). This office is directly involved in executing security cooperation programs, and a large portion of DSCA execution activities involve Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases and partner nation coordination.
This role supports DoD Security Cooperation (SC) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs and IS NOT related to commercial supply chain or warehouse logistics.
ADV was awarded as prime contractor through 2029.
• This role is hybrid, with approximately 3 days per week in the DSCA office in Arlington, VA, and 2 days per week remote
Requirements:
• Five (5)+ years of DoD Security Cooperation (SC), international programs, or related policy/program coordination activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field from an accredited institution.
• Active Secret clearance
• Demonstrated experience working with the Security Cooperation community (DSCA, Combatant Commands, SCOs, or related organizations).
• Knowledge in tracking the status of documents to include follow up(s) with action officials in order to meet suspenses and provide feedback to management if necessary.
• Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) processes, LOA documentation, or international defense program coordination strongly preferred.
• Understanding in drafting correspondence, including letters, memorandums, coordination sheets, background papers, talking papers, information papers, read aheads, and staff briefing sheets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Office Suite applications
