This position is part of the DoD Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo). The NH-03 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS 12-13 grade levels.
This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.

- You will evaluate and process requests for the release of classified and Controlled Unclassified Information.
- You will provide oversight for the Foreign Disclosure Reviewers (FDRs), and the Foreign Visit Analyst (FVA), ensuring proper allocation of resources and adherence to foreign disclosure and visit approval policies.
- You will develop, implement, and maintain foreign disclosure policies and procedures.
- You will track and oversee the processing of foreign visit requests, maintaining compliance with DoD, DoS, and Navy policies.
- You will conduct periodic audits and compliance assessments of foreign disclosure activities.
- You will provide training and guidance on foreign disclosure processes, information security protocols, proper classification markings, and safeguarding procedures to ensure compliance across all program elements.
- You will analyze requirements to develop program reporting including the specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and evaluation methodology.
- You will lead studies, surveys, reviews, and/or research projects to evaluate program accomplishments, effectiveness, and/or compliance with meeting specific goals, objectives, rules, and regulations.
