Defense Acquisition Support Services (DAS) is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Collector to support the LTSD program. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional with a strong aptitude for learning new systems, processing information accurately, and working in a fast-paced digital environment. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, review, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Enter, update, and manage information within government and enterprise systems.
- Learn and utilize SAP (LMP) and other government data management systems to support mission requirements.
- Analyze data for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues through research and coordination.
- Organize and process large volumes of digital information while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Support reporting requirements by compiling and preparing data for analysis.
- Follow established procedures, policies, and quality standards to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with government personnel and team members to support operational objectives.
- Continuously learn new systems, processes, and technologies as mission requirements evolve.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Approximately 2-4 years of professional experience in data collection, data management, administrative analysis, logistics support, or a related analytical role.
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software applications and enterprise systems quickly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Department of Defense or federal government environment.
- Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Experience working with digital records, databases, or inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of data quality assurance and information management best practices.
