Computer Support Technician (CST)
Creek Technologies is a rapidly growing technology company with nationwide contracts and exciting opportunities for advancement. We are seeking a Computer Support Technician (CST) to join our team full-time on-site. This position plays a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service and IT support to end users across a range of technical environments. The Computer Support Technician provides Tier I-III technical support, troubleshooting, hardware and software maintenance, and customer assistance while ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) standards and security requirements.

We are seeking a Computer Support Technician (CST) to join our team full-time on-site. This position plays a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service and IT support to end users across a range of technical environments. The Computer Support Technician provides Tier I-III technical support, troubleshooting, hardware and software maintenance, and customer assistance while ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) standards and security requirements.
Responsibilities
Level 1 - Initial Contact & First Touch Resolution
- Answer incoming support calls and generate detailed incident reports (trouble tickets).
- Record user information, location, asset information, and issue details.
- Perform basic troubleshooting via phone, email, or remote desktop support.
- Resolve common technical issues on first contact whenever possible.
- Escalate unresolved issues following established support procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service while documenting all actions performed.
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of one of the following DoD 8570 IAT Level IIcertifications:
- CCNA Security
- CompTIA CySA+ (CSA+)
- GICSP
- GSEC
- CompTIA Security+ CE
- SSCP
Preferred
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Additional Microsoft, networking, or desktop support certifications.
Required
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in a Help Desk, Desktop Support, Computer Support Technician, or related IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory account management and administration.
- Experience troubleshooting desktop hardware, software, printers, scanners, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Experience supporting Common Access Card (CAC) deployment, CAC readers, middleware, and PKI certificates.
- Ability to support both on-site and remote users in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Strong customer service, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accurate documentation and ticket updates.
