We are currently seeking a Financial Management Analyst, Senior, to support our Patuxent River, MD customer in PMA-268. The Financial Management Analyst provides support for budget development, execution tracking and the generation and tracking of financial documents using various Navy and DoD electronic data systems such as Navy Enterprise Resources Program (N-ERP), Program Budget Information System (PBIS), SharePoint, spend plan tools and related integrated data/financial environments.

Duties:
  • Experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline; and professional experience in the Acquisition Management System (AMS), specifically the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and Program Management Tool (PMT).
  • Provide support for budget development, execution tracking and the generation and tracking of financial documents using various Navy and DoD electronic data systems such as Navy Enterprise Resources Program (N-ERP), Program Budget Information System (PBIS), and SharePoint.
  • Assist the Program Manager and Resource Sponsor in the coordination, upgrades and submits of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Program Review (PR), issue sheet development, budget drills, and reclamas, to include data formatting.
  • Maintain, consolidate, and organize databases of budgetary status information based on information provided through Navy Enterprise Resources Program (N-ERP) and the Program Budget Information System (PBIS).
  • Perform budget execution including tracking status of obligations and expenditures in detail by year, appropriation, and program for financial reconciliation for all funds; update/develop spreadsheets and financial status briefs and presentations.
  • Assist the IPTs with development, review and incorporation of their requirements into the applicable toolsets to support spend plan, other budgetary reviews as well as preparation for execution.
  • Prepare financial charts and input for briefings in support of mid-year reviews, budget execution reviews, spend plan reviews and various other program briefings.
  • Track and monitor financial documents through the routing and approval process.
  • Participate in preliminary financial reviews and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the various IPT Leads supported as applicable.
  • Two (2) years of experience or proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Required Experience:
  • Senior - over 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description

Required Education:
  • Senior - MA/MS degree

Allowable Substitutions:

The following substitutions are permitted for this task order (unless otherwise specified under the labor category information below):
  • Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

OR
  • Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

OR
  • Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $86,190.40 to $148,678.44 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
