We support the Program Manager for Surface Training Systems Program office (PMS 339) with professional and engineering services in strategic program planning, policy, research and development, acquisition, technical insertion and life-cycle management of surface training platforms. Additionally, we support their efforts as the Navy Training System Plan (NTSP) Single Integrator, helping them manage the development, acquisition, operation and maintenance, sustainment, modernization and overhaul of schoolhouse and waterfront shore-based training systems and assist in the development and execution of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and life cycle training solutions.

Areas of Support
Administrative - provide senior level program management support to include presentations and briefing development, strategic planning initiatives, and long and short-range program analysis and plan development.
Technical - Provide Program Management for all Combat Systems and Navigation and Engineering training development efforts, including a streamlined approach in the execution of curricula (all IMI levels), Virtual Trainers (VT)/Part Task Trainer (PTT), Performance Support Video development and classroom renovations in support of integrated development and delivery. Support ATO requirements. Monitor cost, schedule, performance, and risk related to development and delivery. Support PMS 339 with manpower, personnel and training, Surface Training Investment Plan, SWTC, and NTSP expertise. Support the Holistic Training Program (HTP).
Manpower and Training - Provide direct support for developing and evaluating established programs and procedures for new construction and modernization efforts. Plan and execute coordination meetings, monitor designated platform master planning schedules, CSPPs, PSMD/SMDs, NTSPs, and other required MPT documents including training schedules and manpower distribution.
Financial - Assist the Business Financial Management Division in the management of Operations and Maintenance, Navy (O&M,N); Other Procurement, Navy (OPN), and Research, Development, Test and Evaluation, Navy (RDT&E, N) appropriations. Conduct financial analysis, prepare ERP funding documents, assist in fiscal planning requirements utilizing the NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS). Review and validate Task Planning Sheets (TPSs).
Cyber - Assist the Senior Cyber Assessment, Analysis, and Audit Team in enhancing the cybersecurity posture through thoughtful planning, rigorous assessments, detailed analysis, and comprehensive audits. Provide Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) support for ATO packages and continuous monitoring. Provide cyber technical and security engineering expertise and analysis across systems' lifecycle and implementation.
Facilities - Support management, execution of modernization for Navy Classrooms and Laboratories in support of STAVE, RRL and as directed Fleet Training Requirements. Conduct initial site visit for new work induction. Assist in the determination of classroom and lab space modernization requirements, the development of design packages to account for all space modernization requirements and track approved projects to completion.
Zumwalt Training Facility and Self-Assessment and Groom Training (SAGT) - Plan, administer, develop, and evaluate a comprehensive training and readiness program for military personnel to self-assess and self-train. Serve as the Training Specialist responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and oversight of various learning programs.
