Work You'll Do
As a Lead Software Engineer II on the Government & Public Services AI & Data team, you will be responsible for...
o Lead application development for a team of approximately 10 developers, engineers, and data scientists supporting mission-focused client work
o Gather requirements, architect solutions, build prototypes, and support transition of full stack applications into production environments
o Develop and oversee web applications using ReactJS, Python, NoSQL, Vector, and graph database technologies
o Collaborate with program leadership, clients, and other vendors to advise on technical approaches and deliver solutions across multiple concurrent projects
o Supervise junior team members and help drive delivery for AI-enabled applications deployed in secure client environments

Qualifications
Required:
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
o 7+ years of experience in software development using the following technologies (ReactJS, Python, NoSQL, Vector or Graph Databases, and Kubernetes)
o Experience leading application development teams
o Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
o Active TS/SCI security clearance required
o Must be able to work 100% onsite in Tampa, FL
o Ability to travel up to 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
o Experience supporting government clients in secure delivery environments
o Experience developing generative artificial intelligence-enabled applications
o Experience translating requirements into prototypes and production-ready solutions
o Experience collaborating with data scientists and cross-functional technical teams
o Experience leading multiple concurrent technical projects
