Work You'll Do

As a Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation (Salesforce Functional Lead) you will:
  • Lead Salesforce product development from discovery through delivery, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to client business needs.
  • Engage end customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, document user stories, and define clear acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize the backlog with the Product Owner based on business value, delivery urgency, dependencies, and security considerations.
  • Serve as Scrum Master for two-week sprints by facilitating planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Provide leadership to the development team by removing blockers, managing risks, coordinating dependencies, and driving accountability.
  • Document accomplishments and deliverables for clients through sprint summaries, status reports, demos, release notes, and UAT support.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraphsecurity clearance required
  • Ability to be on-site in Chantilly, VA 5 days/week
  • Extensive experience with Agile methodology, Requirements Collection and Management, Business Writing/Communications


The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $118,000 to $170,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
