- Create software and performance requirements from subsystem product requirements
- Design and develop new software or enhancements in line with software requirements
- Integrate and test software components as part of the program's delivery cycle
- Debug software and correct defects identified during integration, test, and review
- Learn satellite communications and constellation concepts relevant to the program
WHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES:
- Mission-Driven Professional: Collaborative contributor motivated by the opportunity to develop cutting-edge solutions that protect and serve both the nation and the world.
- Create software and performance requirements from subsystem product requirements
- Design and develop new software or enhancements in line with software requirements
- Integrate and test software components as part of the program's delivery cycle
- Debug software and correct defects identified during integration, test, and review
- Learn satellite communications and constellation concepts relevant to the program
WHAT THE TEAM PREFERS:
- Experience with Linux/Unix, C/C++, React, TypeScript, MATLAB, or Python
- Experience developing mission-critical or high-availability real-time software
- Exposure to object-oriented development, optimization/operations research, visualization, or modeling and simulation
