· Mentor developers in Pega patterns, documentation, unit testing, and configuration quality.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
· 5+ years of enterprise application development or architecture experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Pega design and implementation experience.
· Strong knowledge of Pega case management, workflows, rules, data pages, data types, integrations, security, reporting, and user-interface configuration.
· Experience converting requirements and architecture direction into detailed, implementable Pega designs.
· Experience reviewing Pega configurations for guardrail compliance, reuse, maintainability, performance, and upgradeability.
· Working knowledge of REST services, JSON, data mapping, authentication, and enterprise integration concepts.
· Experience supporting Agile delivery, backlog refinement, sprint implementation, testing, and release activities.
· Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and technical-communication skills.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, developers, analysts, testers, data engineers, and client stakeholders.
