We are seeking a qualified Mid-Level SharePoint Administrator in Arlington, VA . This position is not eligible for hybrid or remote work situations. This is a 100% on-site, in-office position.
Position Description:
The selectee will perform as the Decision Technologies SharePoint Administrator for a US Navy Weapons Engineering and Program Acquisition Support contract
YOU MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR A DOD SECRET CLEARANCE
Responsibilities
• Responsible for supporting and enhancing the digital strategy of the Government program office, focusing on effective data and records management
• Administer and manage SharePoint and Teams sites, ensuring they serve as an effective platform for online collaboration
• Provide shared file storage solutions, enhancing the accessibility and organization of critical documents
• Develop and implement digital workflows on the SharePoint site to boost productivity and streamline processes
• Develop, implement, and maintain various digital tools within the SharePoint and Microsoft Teams environments to support program objectives. Organize, populate, catalog, maintain, and archive program data and documentation across SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
• Establish a systematic approach for the management of digital records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with data management standards
• Facilitate and enhance collaborative processes across digital spaces, ensuring seamless interaction and information sharing among team members
• Provide guidance and support in the use of digital platforms for effective team collaboration and communication
• Develop, modify, and/or test layouts, interfaces, functionality, and navigation menus to ensure compatibility and usability across browsers or devices
• Use web framework applications as well as the Government's code and processes
• Evaluate web design following web and accessibility standards, and analyze web use metrics and optimize websites for usability
• Design, modify, and/or test interfaces that facilitate the human-computer interaction and maximize the usability of digital devices, websites, and software with a focus on aesthetics and design
• Create and/or modify graphics used in websites
• Manage website content and links
• Manage SharePoint and Teams permissions and access lists
Required Qualifications
• At least 7 years' experience as a SharePoint administrator, developer, and/or designer
• MANDATORY : Direct experience developing and administering SharePoint sites within an Office365 environment
Desired Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technical, or related discipline
• Direct experience as a SharePoint developer or administrator with NAVSEA or PEO IWS program offices
• An active SECRET clearance
• Direct experience with the Navy's FlankSpeed environment
• Ability to work effectively with team members and subcontractors from various technical, acquisition, and administrative disciplines
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to develop and deliver coherent and concise customer presentations
Travel Requirements:
• Limited travel requirements (<10%)

Compensation at Decision Technologies, Inc. is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
