Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares and cleans up the work area.
- Operates various machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Follow safety, fire and other regulations and maintains good housekeeping practices.
- Adhere to policies, and procedures in the execution of all responsibilities.
- Must be able to always work effectively with co-workers in a professional manner.
- All other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
- General knowledge of welding terminology and work processes
- Qualified PSNS Fire watch
- A valid state driver's license
- One (1) year of relevant experience assisting a tradesman or relevant experience in the military
Security Clearance:
- Position requires a Trusted Agent Security Clearance.
- Must be a US Citizen per Inactive Shipoff Instruction 5500.3B of May 13
