Job Title: Support & Data Specialist

Responsibilities:
Agensys is seeking a Support & Data Specialist to assist The Data & Systems Support Team, which ensures critical information is captured as USAID winds down its operations. The Support Specialist provides user support related to e-GOV systems, vendor profile administration and data quality control.

Responsibilities:
Agensys is seeking a Support & Data Specialist to assist The Data & Systems Support Team, which ensures critical information is captured as USAID winds down its operations. The Support Specialist provides user support related to e-GOV systems, vendor profile administration and data quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide system support for users on all applications listed below that are maintained by the Systems Support Division of M/OAA/SSG (Systems Support Group).
- Troubleshoot user issues with the following e-GOV systems:FPDS-NG (Federal Procurement Data System-Next Generation) System for Award Management (SAM)/Entity Information):
- Assist users with vendor assistance on System for Award Management (SAM) registration to include: obtaining a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and proper NCAGE (NATO Commercial and Government Entity) or CAGE Code
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support utilizing Service Now including. Assign newly created tickets within team. Reassigning tickets to appropriate teams as needed
- Provide additional support as needed to Agency A&A professionals on SAM (Entity Information) and FPDS-NG.
- Manage Agency vendor records including creation of new vendors, updates to existing vendors, and syncing data with SAM.gov vendor extracts.
- Assist with the daily loading of SAM.gov vendor extracts into Agency systems
- Provide support for data quality initiatives such as:
- Processing vendor corrections.
- Making corrections to reported data based on A&A professional requests.
- Assisting with data entry in various systems as part of Agency cleanup initiatives
- Candidates must have no prior work experience with/for USAID
Qualifications:
Have or be able to obtain a Public Trust
- At least 5 years of direct experience managing large data sets and information systems at a USG department/agency.
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues with eGov applications.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Customer service experience required
- Knowledge of Service Now preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn new eGOV and Agency specific systems/applications.
