About the Role:
iWorks Corporation is seeking a Product Marketing & Project Planning Intern to join our Business Development Team. This internship provides real-world experience in product roadmap creation, strategic planning, and internal product marketing for Wingman, our AI-driven enterprise assistant platform.
Interns will gain exposure to high-level project planning and internal product management processes while supporting the growth and adoption of Wingman across internal teams.
Hourly rate: $18.00/hour

What You'll Do:
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of high-scale project roadmaps for Wingman.
- Support project planning activities, including task tracking, milestone scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Prepare business and marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Create process diagrams, workflows, and visual presentations using Visio.
- Help maintain and organize internal SharePoint resources and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineering, AI, and business development.
- Support product launch planning and internal communications.
- Track and report on project progress using tools like JIRA (experience is a plus).

Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- Business
- Project / Program Management
- Product Management
- Related field
- Microsoft Office Experience, particularly:
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Word
- Visio
- SharePoint
- Organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Interest in technology products and AI-driven tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using JIRA or other project management platforms
- Exposure to product marketing or roadmap planning
- Prior internship or project experience in tech or consulting environments
