Jefferson is seeking Business Operations to support a federal agency.

This role is contingent upon successful award of proposal.

This role will be Hybrid. The primary place of performance for this contract will be the U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters, located at the St. Elizabeths Campus at 2703 Martin Luther King JR Ave SE, Washington, DC, 20593-7800. Due to potential space limitations at the primary facility, off-site remote work may be authorized as necessary, subject to the review and express written approval of the COR. All off-site work must comply with established security protocols and data handling requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Design user interfaces for Power Platform applications.
  • Create graphics for reports and briefings.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all deliverables.
  • Support communication management, knowledge management, and program


reporting objectives .

  • Develop, review, and produce external-facing content such as press releases,


brochures, web content, social media posts, and other materials for public distribution.

  • Coordinate all external-facing content with the Marketing Division and ensure


adherence to branding, messaging, and approval protocols.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS), with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, OR
  • Master's degree (MA/MS), with a minimum of two (2) year of relevant experience, OR
  • Relevant technical certification (e.g., Adobe Certified Professional, Certified Graphic Designer (CGD), or similar) and a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a formal degree.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance .
  • Relevant experience includes user interface (UI) design, content creation, and brand support.
  • One (1) year of experience in a DoD or DHS environment is preferred.
  • Adobe Certified Professional (e.g., in Illustrator or Photoshop) certification R equired.


Relevant scope area:

Provide dedicated support to the Marketing Division for external communication and public outreach activities.

Develop, review, and produce external-facing content in collaboration with the Marketing Division, ensuring consistency with organizational branding and messaging.

Develop, review, and produce external-facing content, including, literature, web content, social media content, promotional items, and other materials intended for public distribution.

Ensure all external-facing content is submitted for Marketing Division review and approval prior to release.

Support the implementation of marketing strategies to enhance public awareness and stakeholder engagement.
