Job Description
The Project Coordinator provides administrative and project support for the Systems Development Department (SDD). The role supports daily operations, assists with project planning and scheduling, manages travel and expenses, processes invoices and purchase requests, and prepares project and financial reports. The coordinator works closely with Division Leadership, project managers, project team members, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support for SDD.
• Manage travel program, expense reporting, and related logistics.
• Monitor project execution, schedule resources, and support cost analysis.
• Track project budgets and percent completion to identify potential shortfalls or overruns.
• Alert project managers and Directors to emerging financial risks.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and subcontractors.
• Review and edit project documents for clarity and accuracy.
• Maintain documentation, correspondence, personnel files, training records, inventories, and departmental records.
• Serve as point of contact for onboarding, procurement, IT support, facilities coordination, meeting planning, and reporting.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and project tracking matrices.
• Maintain communication continuity during leadership absences.
• Manage Division phone lists, org charts, calendars, travel arrangements, social media accounts, and record systems.
• Perform additional administrative duties as required.
Experience and Skills
Required Qualifications
• US Citizenship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET security clearance.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Excel, and SharePoint or similar tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and detail?oriented skills.
• Ability to work effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
• Active US Security Clearance.

Work Environment & Conditions
