Job Description
Seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, integration, and lifecycle management of complex electrical subsystems for advanced aerospace platforms. This role focuses on electrical architecture, systems integration, requirements development, verification & validation, and technical leadership across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead electrical subsystem architecture and integration efforts.
Develop and allocate system requirements.
Perform trade studies and support system design decisions.
Own hardware through development, integration, testing, and V&V.
Collaborate across mechanical, software, RF, and systems engineering teams.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
8+ years of electrical engineering experience.
Background in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries.
Experience with systems integration, requirements management, and hardware lifecycle ownership.
Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility required.
