One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade (GS-12) within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required.
Specialized experience is defined as: Experience leading or overseeing the development, negotiation, and management of intergovernmental agreements, including Intergovernmental Transfer (IGT) agreements; ensuring compliance with Department of Treasury, DoD, and agency financial and accounting requirements; providing authoritative guidance to stakeholders on agreement policies, processes, and systems as a subject matter expert; and managing enterprise agreement portfolios, including the use of automated systems such as G-Invoicing to track, review, and report on agreement performance, timelines, and compliance.
Time-in-Grade: Current or former federal employees who have held a GS position in the preceding 52 weeks, must meet the time in grade requirement. Applicant must have served 52 weeks as a GS-12 or higher grade in Federal Service.

Additional information
- Basic knowledge of the processing of interagency and interagency agreements with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel pivot tables and graphs, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint. Generate customized database reports for review by seniors and managers.
- Reviews, interprets and analyzes policies, plans, and other guidance received from the Executive Office of the President, Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), and DISA.
- Applying evaluative techniques to study efficiency and effectiveness of overall management operations.
- Collecting and analyzing data, preparing text and graphics of data analysis, and presenting research in meetings. Trains agency on job related processes.

- This national security position, which may require access to classified information, requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance as a condition of employment. Failure to maintain security eligibility may result in termination.
