About the Opportunity

PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented AP Supplier Refund Analyst to join our team in Lakeland, FL. This position offers a primarily remote work environment with a required onsite presence in the Lakeland office on Monday mornings. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with financial transactions, and the ability to independently research and resolve supplier refund cases.
Key Responsibilities

• Record and track all incoming supplier refunds.
• Perform daily bank account reconciliations for refund accounts.
• Research and determine the appropriate application and disposition of assigned refund cases.
• Prepare financial entries to accurately transfer refunds to the appropriate supplier or general ledger account.
• Support leadership with monthly reporting requirements.
• Assist with weekly special handling check requirements.
• Complete additional tasks and projects as needed to support organizational objectives.

Work Schedule

• Primarily remote position.
• Required onsite attendance in the Lakeland, FL office on Monday mornings (generally between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, with some flexibility).
• Employees may remain in the office or return home to complete the remainder of the workday remotely.
• The rest of the week may be performed remotely.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with accounts payable, financial transactions, reconciliations, or accounting-related processes preferred.
• Ability to conduct detailed research and resolve discrepancies accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with financial systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is preferred.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Candidates may not hold dual citizenship due to system access and security requirements.
