Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and organizational requirements (relevant to confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, non-repudiation).
2. Knowledge of cloud computing service models Software as a Service (SaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (laaS), and Platform as a Service (PaaS).
3. Knowledge of cloud computing deployment models in private, public and hybrid environment and the difference between on-premises and off-premises environments.
4. Knowledge of how system components are installed, integrated, and optimized.
5. Knowledge of network access, identity, and access management (e.g., public key infrastructure [PKI])
6. Conduct risk analysis, feasibility study, and/or trade-off analysis to develop, document and
refine functional requirements and specification.

- You will manage or assist in managing complex projects to support the implementation and acquisition of a variety of IT systems, products and/or services for the Marine Corps/DON/DoD.
- You will consult with customers to identify and specify requirements as well as defining system scope and objectives.
- You will perform needs analyses to define opportunities for new or improved business process solutions.
- You will serve as an expert under the oversight of the lead IT specialist or engineer, assisting and ensuring IT requirements are met.
- You will provide support and environments for all levels of testing, including acceptance, beta, unit, and quality assurance.
- You will formulate, recommend, and implement configuration policies and procedures related to your project(s).

- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 641 level Basic within 12 months of appointment.
