Summary: • Build and maintain next-generation AI infrastructure and inference services using Python, Kubernetes, Helm, and AWS. • Evaluate and deploy LLMs using modern inference-serving frameworks like vLLM and LiteLLM. • Establish system observability using Elasticsearch, Grafana, and Prometheus while managing containerized applications with Docker and CI/CD pipelines. • Lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering team members to foster best practices. Qualifications & Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 12+ years • Total Compensation: $308k+ yearly Job Description: • Lead the evaluation, configuration, and deployment of inference models. • Translate high-level stakeholder goals into concrete engineering outcomes. • Develop in-house services and techniques to guarantee continual high-quality inference service. • Mentor engineers and establish development best practices and standards across the team. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and observability tools. • Collaborate across teams to integrate LLM-powered tools and handle short-term high-priority inference efforts.
