Intelligence Analyst – Financial & Strategic Analysis
Pay rate: $80-93/hr W2

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Intelligence Analyst to support complex national security and investigative efforts through research, analysis, and intelligence production. This position focuses on identifying key actors, uncovering hidden relationships, evaluating networks of interest, and producing clear, actionable intelligence for senior government stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, investigative research skills, and the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into high-quality written and verbal products. This role offers the opportunity to expand expertise in financial networks, sanctions-related activity, illicit finance, and emerging threat environments.


Key Responsibilities
Conduct all-source research and analysis to identify individuals, organizations, networks, and patterns of activity.
Collect, evaluate, and synthesize information from classified holdings, publicly available sources, commercial data repositories, law enforcement reporting, and other relevant information streams.
Develop intelligence assessments, briefings, analytical reports, and other mission-focused products for leadership and decision makers.
Evaluate relationships among subjects of interest and identify trends, connections, and support structures.
Produce timely and accurate intelligence products in accordance with established analytic standards and methodologies.
Support investigations involving financial activity, sanctions-related concerns, transnational threat actors, and other complex intelligence challenges.
Present findings to stakeholders and provide recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Validate information from multiple sources and apply structured analytical techniques to assess reliability and relevance.
Serve as a subject matter resource within assigned mission areas and contribute to collaborative analytical efforts.
Mentor junior analysts and assist with tradecraft development across the team.

Required Qualifications
Experience conducting all-source intelligence research and analysis.
Experience identifying relationships, networks, and associations among individuals, organizations, and activities of interest.
Experience preparing written analytical products and delivering briefings to diverse audiences.
Knowledge of financial systems, financial transactions, or economic activity relevant to investigative and intelligence analysis.
Understanding of financial crime methodologies, illicit financial activity, or sanctions-related issues.
Ability to produce well-written analytical products that adhere to established intelligence tradecraft standards.
Strong critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills.
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Education & Experience

One of the following combinations:

Associate’s degree with 6+ years of relevant intelligence analysis experience
Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant intelligence analysis experience
Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant intelligence analysis experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating financial information into intelligence analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with financial investigations, sanctions compliance, anti-money laundering, or related mission areas.
Ability to communicate complex topics effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience supporting senior government leaders, policymakers, or intelligence organizations.
Professional certifications related to financial intelligence, sanctions, anti-money laundering, or financial crime analysis.
