Job Description
• Elastic Stack Administration (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Beats) – Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Elastic platforms in production environments while ensuring high availability, scalability, and operational stability.
• Kibana Dashboard & Visualization Development – Create operational, security, and executive dashboards that provide actionable insights, metrics, trends, and compliance reporting.
• Detection Engineering & Alert Tuning – Develop correlation rules, detection content, and alert logic while minimizing false positives and improving detection effectiveness.
• Data Management & Lifecycle Policies – Implement index lifecycle management, retention schedules, archival strategies, and storage optimization to meet operational and compliance requirements.
• Integration & Automation – Develop scripts and automation workflows using Python, PowerShell, or Bash to automate onboarding, reporting, health monitoring, and operational tasks.
• RMF / ATO & Compliance Support – Generate evidence, reports, dashboards, and security metrics that support RMF controls, ATO activities, audits, and continuous monitoring requirements.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with Security, Network, Platform, Cloud, and Engineering teams to onboard new data sources, improve visibility, and support remediation activities.
