This position will be based at Las Vegas, NV.
Responsibilities:
•Gather, document, and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements.
•Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
•Configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalogs, and business processes.
•Design and implement ServiceNow Flow Designer and workflow solutions to automate manual processes.
•Support ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and related applications.
•Analyze, design, test, and support integrations between ServiceNow and internal or external systems using APIs, web services, and integration platforms.
•Develop process maps, business requirements documents, user stories, and technical specifications.
•Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), system validation, and production deployments.
•Troubleshoot workflow, integration, and data-related issues and recommend effective solutions.
•Collaborate with developers, administrators, project managers, and business teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
•Ensure system configurations and integrations comply with organizational standards, security requirements, and best practices.
•Support ongoing enhancements, platform optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience and certifications.
•2 to 4 years of experience in business systems analysis, ServiceNow administration, workflow development, system integration, or related technical roles.
•Experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow workflows, forms, service catalog items, and automation solutions.
•Understanding of ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and platform best practices.
•Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, data mapping, and system integrations.
•Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
•Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams.
Salary: $107,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Telos offers an excellent compensation package with benefits that include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and 401k.
