Material Handler

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Material Handler for a contract opportunity in Warner Robins, GA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Loads, unloads, and conveys materials within or near plant, yard, or work site, and performs a combination of tasks under specific direction which may include shipping and/or receiving. Opens containers using hand tools; counts and weighs materials and records information. Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, conveyors, and machines by hand. Sort and place material into designated Bench Stock Locations (BSL) and perform inventory using a Windows tablet. Conveys materials using carts, hand truck, or other devices; stacks or assembles materials. Orders material for bin replenishment using handheld tablet and scanner.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Accredited High School Diploma or GED.

WORK HOURS

• Full-Time- Monday- Friady 06:00am-02:00pm

ADDITIONAL

• Candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
