Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting studies and analyzing of vendor facilities and depot capabilities for complex aircraft/production operation to maintain deliverables; 2) Recognizing advanced and emerging industrial manufacturing methods, practices, production equipment, materials, and processes employed in producing systems and related equipment; 3) Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, working diagrams and other related documents in order to comprehend the complexity of issues; 4) Familiarity with a variety of contract types and contractual agreements governing the production of highly specialized equipment; and 5) Performing at the Journey level providing acquisition support for production, procurement, development, repair, management and control of NAVAIR and the Navy Supply System assets.

- Planning and administering industrial quality control and inspection systems and programs.
- Comprehensive survey and analysis of industrial operations, organization, capacity, etc.
- Interpreting and applying contract clauses and government acquisition regulations.
- Development of plans to determine material requirements and/or schedules for production management.
