Aviation Structural Installer – CH-47 & H-60 Programs
6 months Contract-to-Hire

Overview
We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Aviation Structural Installers to support our CH-47 and H-60 programs. This is an exciting opportunity to work on mission-critical aircraft, including systems such as Advanced Threat Infrared Countermeasures (ATIRCM), in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
What You’ll Do
• Install units, parts, equipment, and structural components in accordance with engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete precise assembly tasks
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Contribute to the maintenance and readiness of advanced military aircraft platforms
What We’re Looking For
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• FAA A&P certification or equivalent military occupational specialty training (required)
• Experience with CH-47 programs, including ATIRCM systems (highly preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Schedule
• 5/8 schedule (Monday–Friday)
• Shift 1: 5:30 AM start
• Shift 2: 2:30 PM start
