  • Supervise execution of post orders, RAMP measures, inspections, and access-control standards; conduct documented post checks throughout the shift
  • Take charge of incident response on shift: direct immediate actions, ensure notifications within required timelines (verbal notice within 5 minutes for reportable incidents), preserve scenes, and coordinate with DES, law enforcement, and emergency services
  • Review and approve guard incident and daily reports for accuracy and completeness before end of shift; prepare supervisory reports and shift logs
  • Ensure use-of-force compliance; document and report any use of force immediately through Company and Acuity channels
  • Support internal quality control integrated with Acuity's QC program; identify deficiencies, take containment action immediately, and support written corrective action

  • Maintain accountability of shift equipment, keys, radios, and Government-furnished property; report loss or damage immediately
  • Enforce standards of conduct and appearance; remove personnel from post when directed by Acuity or the Government and implement qualified replacement coverage
  • Maintain 24/7 reachability expectations for shift-management coordination as assigned; escalate to the Company 24/7 management POC as required
  • Refer any Government direction that would change scope, price, staffing, or schedule to Acuity/Company management - do not accept directly

****This position is contingent upon award****

Pay Rate: $24.00 Hourly

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a shift of eight guards across multiple posts
  • Access-control and force-protection experience on a military installation, Federal facility, or comparable critical-infrastructure site
  • Strong written communication for supervisory reports, logs, and corrective-action documentation
  • If Government NIPR/e-mail access is determined necessary: ability to favorably complete a Tier 1 investigation for a Common Access Card (CAC); otherwise-authorized duties may be performed while the CAC is pending
