For the NH-03 Pay Band:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-02 (GS-11 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing advisory services on human resources functions (e.g. Recruitment and Placement, Position Management and Classification, Labor/Management-Employee Relations (LMER), or Human Resources Development) for an organization to ensure compliance with federal laws and regulations.

This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-02 broadband encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-05/07/09/11 grade levels. The NH-03 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 and GS-13 grade levels.
This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.

- You will serve as a staff advisor and consultant on the recruitment and placement program.
- You will conduct studies and analyses of Human Resources Programs.
- You will provide continuing advice and guidance on recruitment and staffing, basic employment policy, appointment authorities, affirmative action programs, reduction-in-force, equal employment opportunity objectives, and the Federal merit system.
- You will maintain and ensure command-wide position classification accuracy and consistency in interpreting and applying position classification standards.
- You will provide solutions to complex problems with command-wide impact dealing with a variety of labor and employee relations issues.
- You will plan, develop, and evaluate current and anticipated training needs, and formulate an annual Command master training plan.
