GS-13: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Serves as the senior liaison for budget, accounting, or financial management, policy and procedures within the organization; Directs and/or performs continuing program execution review, analysis and appraisal of the major operating and support programs within the organization; Prepares briefs for senior managers on program execution and provides recommendations to correct program variances or problem areas.

- At the GS-12 you will perform the below duties:
- You will perform or advise in of the phases or systems of budget administration.
- You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations.
- At the GS-13 you will perform the below duties:
- You will develop, determine and interpret budgetary policies and practices.
- You will implement legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets.
- You will perform a variety of fiscal, accounting, or financial management duties.
