Job Description

Responsibilities

The Systems Integrator will work closely with the Technology Services, Learning Program, and Program Management Office (PMO) teams to advance the administrative requirements of the Sponsors' learning system/platform.

The key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide technical support for the learning management system
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for learning system-related issues by providing Tier 1 support and escalating or resolving more complex Tier 2 issues, as appropriate.
  • Perform bulk operations, such as credit submissions and user enrollments
  • Manage role-based access control and user permissions within the learning system
  • Manage organizational spaces, including vault ownership and custodian responsibilities
  • Provide Scrum Master support for applications, as needed
  • Serve as a backup support resource for applications when the primary support staff are unavailable

Qualifications

  • Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
  • Experience triaging and responding to Tier 1 help desk support tickets, demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and providing clear, concise explanations of technical concepts and solutions.
  • Ability to establish functional and technical specifications, resolve software interface problems, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem.
  • Strong technical understanding of the relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Experience with content management concepts, methodologies, and Content Management System (CMS) tools.
  • Ability to gain elevated system permissions (System Administration).

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
