Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our team working in Crane, IN. This will be a hybrid role requiring 4 days onsite per week.
Drive the lifecycle of complex designs as a technical leader for several Radar systems. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition concepts into production while managing a diverse group of engineering, drafting, and technical writing professionals.

Drive the lifecycle of complex designs as a technical leader for several Radar systems. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition concepts into production while managing a diverse group of engineering, drafting, and technical writing professionals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Synchronize with technical teams and government clients to engineer and implement premier solutions for the Radar Technologies Division
- Drive the successful delivery of complex technical projects from conception to completion
- Synchronize project interdependencies and oversee the end-to-end development of task order deliverables to ensure full SOW compliance
- Diagnose complex technical challenges and partner with cross-functional teams to engineer and deploy effective solutions
- Manage the full lifecycle of organizational requirements, including the development, maintenance, and optimization of core management processes
- Define and govern project requirements throughout the contract term, optimizing the prioritization and capture process for technical accuracy
- Interface with system users to elicit requirements and architect comprehensive designs for hardware and software integration
- Contribute to the design and implementation of comprehensive test strategies to ensure system reliability and performance
- Provide expert-level technical resolution for intricate problems, bridging the gap between existing documentation and mission-specific requirements
- Analyze and optimize intricate signal flows and circuit interrelationships through the expert application of high-frequency pulse generators and complex diagnostic hardware
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, technical project management, or information technology support
- Experience analyzing circuit interrelationships, signal flows, or using diagnostic hardware (e.g., pulse generators, oscilloscopes).
- Experience driving technical deliverables against Statements of Work (SOW) while collaborating across cross-functional engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience with hardware/software integration and developing/executing technical test strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience creating schematics and blueprints for electrical components and systems within a project, considering factors like power requirements, load calculations, and safety regulations.
- Experience using mathematical models to analyze electrical circuits, power distribution, and system efficiency.
- Experience identifying and resolving problems within electrical systems during design, testing, or installation phases.
Clearance Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required and an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain an interim Secret prior to starting.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
