Noblis is seeking an AI ( Collective Portfolio) IV to support our customer in Chantilly VA.
Serves as a cross-functional, agile technical asset deployed to support critical project milestones across fluctuating domain requirements by embedding deeply within specific project phases for defined duration. Utilizes comprehensive capabilities across modern artificial intelligence disciplines, providing deep specialization in core portfolio areas including computer vision, geospatial analysis, financial analysis, and entity resolution. Facilitates seamless knowledge transfer during personnel rotations or project surges under a standard 30-day operational notice window. Partners with engineering teams to optimize analytical models, ensure ethical data validation, and deliver production-ready AI capabilities across diverse operational environments.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

Partners with engineering teams to optimize analytical models, ensure ethical data validation, and deliver production-ready AI capabilities across diverse operational environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processes and analyzes imagery, video, and visual patterns via machine learning and deep learning techniques, implementing object detection, optical character recognition (OCR), and scene understanding capabilities to extract actionable intelligence from visual data sources.
- Ingests satellite imagery, mapping data, GPS signals, and cartographic information to produce direct and indirect location-based insights, applying AI-driven spatial analytics to support geospatial intelligence requirements across operational environments.
- Applies time-series analytics, large-scale financial transaction processing, forensic accounting principles, and statistical modeling to isolate hidden patterns in diverse datasets, enabling detection of anomalous financial activity and supporting investigative workflows.
- Executes entity extraction and resolution across massive, disparate datasets, producing consolidated entity lists featuring full information lineage, user-driven merge and split functionality, and seamless integration into Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) systems.
- Embeds deeply within specific project phases for defined durations (typically 2 to 6 months), providing agile technical expertise to support critical project milestones across fluctuating domain requirements and adapting rapidly to evolving mission needs.
- Facilitates seamless knowledge transfer during personnel rotations or project surges, maintaining comprehensive documentation and operational continuity under a standard 30-day operational notice window.
- Partners with engineering teams to optimize analytical models, ensure ethical data validation, and translate complex algorithmic findings into operationally relevant outputs that meet production-grade standards for scalability and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship is required
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science, with demonstrated senior-level expertise across multiple AI disciplines including computer vision, geospatial analysis, financial analysis, or entity resolution.
- Proven experience designing and deploying AI computer vision systems for processing and analyzing imagery, video, and visual patterns, including object detection, OCR, and scene understanding using machine learning and deep learning techniques.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI geospatial analysis, ingesting satellite imagery, mapping data, GPS signals, and cartography to produce direct and indirect location-based insights.
- Mastery of AI financial analysis encompassing time-series analytics, large-scale financial transaction processing, forensic accounting principles, and statistical modeling to isolate hidden patterns in diverse datasets.
- Practical experience executing entity extraction and resolution across massive, disparate datasets, producing consolidated entity lists with full information lineage, merge/split functionality, and integration into Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) systems.
Desired Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph.
- Master's degree or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience operating as an embedded technical SME within agile, cross-functional teams supporting classified or intelligence community environments.
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (such as PyTorch , TensorFlow, or equivalent) and experience deploying models at scale in production environments.
- Experience deploying AI/ML workloads on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with knowledge of MLOps practices and containerized deployment.
- Experience supporting federal, defense, intelligence, or national security missions with AI-driven analytical capabilities.
