Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Develop and apply advanced techniques and tools to collect, evaluate, analyze, document, and present intelligence in accordance with established requirements and priorities
Conduct independent research using Signals Intelligence and collateral report repositories to drive target development
Analyze packet and stream protocols and other advanced IP-based technologies in support of collection efforts
Leverage specialized software applications and databases to support Signals Intelligence target development
Mentor junior analysts and contribute technical judgment to team reporting and target development decisions
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience performing as a Signals Analyst supporting the Intelligence Community or U.S. Military
Working knowledge of Linux/Unix command-line environments
Scripting experience in Bash, Shell, and/or Python
Familiarity with data and voice communications technologies
Familiarity with network protocols
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Apache NiFi
Demonstrated track record mentoring junior analysts or leading target development efforts
Clearance Requirements:
Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph required; candidates must hold this clearance currently, as sponsorship timelines are not compatible with this opening
Location:
Fort Meade, MD
On-Site — no remote or hybrid flexibility for this role
No regular travel required

This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time, operate standard office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, and telephone, and occasionally move about the work environment. Must be able to communicate in writing and verbally with sufficient clarity to convey technical information.
