ITAM Logistics Analyst

Savvee Inc. is seeking a technical ITAM Logistics Analyst to support our federal client onsite in Quantico, VA. The ideal candidate will manage IT asset inventories, lifecycle activities, logistics operations, software licensing, and procurement support. They will also collaborate with vendors, government personnel, and technical teams to support asset management, reporting, audits, configuration management, and technology lifecycle planning across multiple security environments. One must hold an active DoD Secret clearance.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Maintaining accurate hardware and software inventories using ServiceNow CMDB.
• Performing asset lifecycle management including receiving, shipping, barcoding, deployment, tracking, transfers, refresh, and disposal.
• Coordinating inventory reconciliation activities across geographically dispersed locations.
• Managing asset logistics operations and ensuring compliance with DoD and DON property management requirements.
• Supporting software license tracking, license compliance, and enterprise licensing agreement reporting.
• Preparing procurement documentation, vendor quotes, and asset specifications for IT acquisitions.
• Coordinating with vendors, technical stakeholders, and government personnel regarding asset management, licensing, and lifecycle planning.
• Supporting Change Control Board (CCB) and Configuration Management activities.
• Tracking and reporting asset disposition activities in accordance with applicable government property management requirements.
• Assisting in development and improvement of ITAM policies, plans, SOPs, and business processes.
• Supporting IT refresh planning, budgeting activities, and technology lifecycle forecasting.
• Producing inventory reports, audit support documentation, and responses to government data calls.
• Maintaining inventory records supporting multiple security environments and applicable security requirements.
• Performing additional duties as assigned in support of evolving contract requirements and client needs.
• Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
• Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.


REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TRAINING

• Bachelor’s degree


MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Three or more years of IT Asset Management experience
• Three or more years of logistics, property management, supply chain, warehouse operations, or inventory management experience
• Experience supporting asset receipt, shipping, inventory control, accountability, and disposition
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB or similar ITAM platform
• Must hold an active DoD Secret clearance
• Proven familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and responsible use of AI-assisted tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A highly motivated self-starter
• Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills


DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• DoD property management experience
• Experience supporting federal civilian or DoD organizations
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed inventories
• Experience with technology refresh planning and lifecycle forecasting
