Position Description:
The team provides support to the A6 front office, workflow administration, Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) system management. The individual is onsite at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB) 5 days a week. The Workflow Manager will provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in meetings/forums and coordinating, consolidating, developing and delivering/presenting associated meeting materials (e.g. slides, after action reports, minutes), and will oversee workflow of products in the Task Manager Tool (TMT) including reviewing for completeness, assigning work products to appropriate Action Officers, monitoring suspense dates, and discussing tasks with leadership as appropriate.

Primary Duties:
Job Duty 1 - Monitor, review, prioritize, and triage incoming taskers within the Task Management Tool (TMT) and ETMS2 environments across both NIPRNet and SIPRNet. Ensure accurate routing of taskings to the appropriate AF/A6 divisions, monitor task progress, maintain accountability, and track suspense dates to facilitate timely completion of assigned actions.
Job Duty 2 - Develop, package, and initiate new TMT taskers on behalf of AF/A6 leadership. Coordinate and distribute taskings to Major Commands (MAJCOMs), external agencies, and internal stakeholders, ensuring task requirements, deadlines, and deliverables are clearly communicated and executed.
Job Duty 3 - Manage the lifecycle of IRSS taskers by monitoring incoming requests, routing actions to appropriate offices, tracking milestones and suspense dates, and coordinating with division action officers to ensure timely responses and successful completion of requirements. (20%)
Job Duty 4 - Support leadership decision-making by participating in meetings, forums, and working groups. Coordinate, consolidate, develop, and deliver status updates, briefing materials, reports, and presentations that communicate tasking status, risks, priorities, and organizational impacts to leadership and stakeholders.
Job Duty 5 - Build and maintain effective working relationships with Air Force, Department of the Air Force, Department of Defense, MAJCOM, and other functional stakeholders. Facilitate coordination across organizations, resolve tasking issues, provide subject matter support, and ensure alignment of actions with organizational objectives and mission requirements.
