This role involves working on cutting-edge AI projects for our government clients, ensuring compliance with stringent standards and delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement AI systems and standards for complex government projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant AI standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI systems to ensure reliability and performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI systems in production environments.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends to drive innovation and improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on AI and machine learning.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing AI systems and standards.
- Strong understanding of AI algorithms, data processing, and model deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Active DoD security clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with specific AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services.
- Familiarity with AI in defense and intelligence applications.
