Description:
The Sr. Contracts Administrator provides day-to-day administrative and processing support across BlueAlly Technology Solutions’ full contracts function, spanning federal and commercial contract administration, facility security administration, and compliance support under the direction and guidance of the Sr. Director of Contracts. This is a task-oriented, execution-focused role: the person in this seat processes contract actions, maintains records and repositories, tracks compliance deadlines, and supports the security functions of the business. This is well suited to a detail-oriented professional early in their federal/commercial contracts career who is looking to build broad exposure across contract types, industrial security administration, and compliance processes.
Responsibilities:
Contract Administration
• Process contract actions to include: NDAs, MSAs, Partner Agreements, purchase/task orders, modifications, and amendments
• Track and maintain compliance with FAR/DFARS clauses and agency-specific requirements applicable to each contract
• Complete required government forms in support of the Proposals/Capture team (e.g., Section K, Reps & Certs) and route Terms & Conditions for review as necessary
• Support review of RFP terms and conditions and complete required forms for the Proposals/Capture team
• Maintain the contracts repository, ensuring files are current, complete, and audit-ready. Prepare and distribute routine contract-related correspondence and status reports as may be required.
• Support coordination with the Services team on federal subcontract flowdown requirements
• Maintain standard contract templates under guidance from the Sr. Director
• Identify and escalate non-standard terms, legal risk flags, and compliance issues to the Sr. Director
• Support internal compliance reviews and maintain related documentation
• Track small business compliance documentation, NAICS code reporting, and joint venture administrative records
• Identify and escalate compliance risks or security incidents to the Sr. Director promptly
Security Administration (in conjunction with Facility Security Consultant)
• Serve as BlueAlly’s Facility Security Officer (FSO) of record, supporting compliance with NISPOM and DCSA requirements
• Process personnel security clearance actions, including SF-86 submissions and investigation/adjudication tracking, and maintain DISS records
• Maintain facility clearance (FCL) documentation and coordinate customer site access approvals
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for DCSA on inspections, audits, and required reporting, escalating complex matters to the consultants and/or Sr. Director
• Support DD254 documentation for classified contracts
• Maintain classified material handling, storage, and destruction logs, and manage visitor access protocols
• Coordinate with the external FSO consultant for specialized guidance and escalation support
• Maintain security databases, access logs, and clearance status records

• Qualifications:

Active Top Secret security clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of experience in contract administration, program administration, or federal contracts support
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple compliance deadlines and documentation requirements accurately
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel in particular) and contract management or tracking tools
• Comfortable working with data tracking, reporting, and basic pricing or catalog analysis
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external program offices

Preferred Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience supporting facility security clearance requirements
• Working knowledge of FAR and government contract administration fundamentals
• NCMA Certification, such as CCMA , CCCM, CFCM


Work Conditions:
• 40-hour week with availability during standard office hours
• Location: Remote
• Minimal travel expected
• Computer-based position, sitting for extended periods of time (leading/attending virtual meetings)
