B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering
6 or More Years relevant Engineering Experience = Principal Level - 160 to 185K
10 or more years = Senior Principal Level - 190 to 225K
Lead complex digital board-level hardware development from concept through production
Architect solutions involving secure processing, storage, networking, FPGAs and high-speed interfaces
Design high-speed digital hardware utilizing technologies such as 400G+ Ethernet, PCIe Gen5+, DDR5+ and next-generation interconnects
Drive design quality, proactive verification and high-reliability hardware development
Support DFM, DFA and DFT initiatives and collaborate with manufacturing on board build issues
Partner across systems, software, mechanical, manufacturing and other engineering disciplines
Support proposals, technical architectures, cost/schedule estimates and BOE development
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
