Job Description
- You will review management reports and listings as they apply to ordnance inventory accuracy to ensure performance goals are met and identify problems areas and trends.
- You will conduct projects and audits related to the transfer of material requirements from regional supply centers to fleet afloat units, operational commanders and shore support activities.
- You will recommend and initiate appropriate corrective actions to eliminate systemic deficiencies.
- You will brief managers and officials concerning issues, problems, proposed solutions and program accomplishments.
- Must be a US Citizen.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's license.
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing a digital database system that supports inventory accounting, dispatch operations, fuel quality control testing, and equipment and personnel management. 2) Performing qualifications analysis of personnel, supplemental personnel, and reservists related to preventive maintenance and fuel operations. 3) Managing electronic systems such as Land-Mobile Radios (LMRs), Automated Point of Sale Device (EPOSD), and telephone systems. 4) Liaising between military units and civilian organizations for digital and software programs such as wireless communication systems, Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) unique software, life cycle management, and monitored networks.

The following education may be substituted in order to meet the Minimum Qualifications for this position: Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree;
OR
Successful completion of 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree;
OR
Successful completion of an LL.M., if related;
OR
An equivalent combination of graduate education and experience.
