Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate FCC support to exercises, experimentation events, wargames, Soldier Touchpoints, Capstone/Project Convergence activities, and other Campaign of Learning events.

  • Provide recurring updates to FCC integration forums and document observations, risks, decisions, and lessons for follow-on capability-development activities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Army/Joint exercises, experimentation, wargaming, training, force sourcing, operational planning, or capability-development experience.

  • Experience developing military orders and coordinating unit/personnel/resource support for large-scale events.

  • Knowledge of Army sourcing, exercise governance, experiment planning, and senior-level synchronization forums.

  • Ability to convert complex event requirements into executable plans, trackers, and concise leadership updates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Former Army G-3/5/7, exercise planner, experimentation officer/NCO, training officer, or force-sourcing analyst.

  • Experience with Project Convergence, Capstone, Soldier Touchpoints, ASRC/ASRP, ASR processes, JDXA funding, or Joint training and exercise forums.

  • Experience building data-analytics products for event sourcing and readiness.

Expected Work Products

Decision-support briefings; analyses and assessments; meeting notes and executive summaries; staffing comments and comment-resolution inputs; plans, trackers, status updates, and recurring CDRL/monthly-report contributions appropriate to the assigned PWS task.

Performance Attributes

Exercises sound independent judgment; meets short suspense requirements; collaborates effectively across Army, Joint, civilian, contractor, and multinational organizations; protects sensitive and classified information; and produces accurate, timely, and staff-ready products requiring minimal government revision.
