Position Summary:
This position provides dedicated doctrine and policy writing support to the Governance Section, operationalizing GPN concepts and codifying GPN processes into official Service publications.

Position Summary:
This position provides dedicated doctrine and policy writing support to the Governance Section, operationalizing GPN concepts and codifying GPN processes into official Service publications.
Key Responsibilities
- Writes, edits, and updates CONOPS, service-level logistics doctrine, and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) related to the GPN.
- Assists in drafting and analyzing official policy documents such as Marine Corps Orders (MCOs) and Navy Marine Corps publications (NAVMCs), staffing them through the formal departmental coordination process.
- Extracts, analyzes, and integrates operational lessons learned from exercises and real-world movements to update existing doctrine.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of related writing/analysis experience with a Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience as project lead in developing strategic communications plans at a DOD Service or Headquarters level
- Demonstrated ability to independently develop written products and coordinate them through formal Service staffing processes.
- Direct or adjacent familiarity with Marine Corps logistics doctrine, TTPs, or MCO/NAVMC formatting conventions.
- Eligible for and able to obtain a Secret clearance and DoD CAC/PKI credentials prior to or immediately upon award.
Certifications:
- DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level I and Technical Writing Certification
