Position Title: Senior Administrative and Task Management Specialist

Number of positions: 1

Location addresses: On-site at the Pentagon or Quantico, VA as designated by the Government

Start date: 30 Sept 2026 

Position Summary:

This position is the administrative engine of the GPN Program Office, managing complex executive calendars, coordinating internal and external meetings, and assisting with official travel arrangements and visitor clearances

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafts, formats, and routes official correspondence in strict compliance with Navy and Marine Corps writing standards and monitors, records, and tracks administrative and programmatic tasks.
  • Provides administrative and task management support up to the Secret level on both NIPRNet and SIPRNet, including receiving, tracking, and processing DoN ETMS2 tasks and AMHS messages,
  • Drafts official correspondence, position papers, and briefings, maintaining SharePoint repositories, researching and developing policy handbooks, and coordinating Program Office conferences and events.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Skilled in writing, editing, proofreading, data entry, and coordinating administrative duties in a timely and professional manner (verbatim LCAT requirement).
  • Working familiarity with DoN ETMS2 and AMHS message handling or demonstrated ability to learn these systems rapidly given prior comparable DoD tasking systems experience.
  • Comfort operating on SIPRNet and handling correspondence classified up to Secret.
  • Eligible for and able to obtain a Secret clearance and DoD CAC/PKI credentials prior to or immediately upon award.
  • Available to report on-site at the Pentagon or Quantico, VA as designated by the Government

Certifications:
  • DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level I
