SABG is hiring a Junior Sourcing Specialist to support the Recruitment team in Huntsville, AL.
JOB TITLE : Junior Sourcing Specialist
LOCATION :Huntsville, AL

JOB TITLE : Junior Sourcing Specialist

- Aggressively source candidates for all open and proposal requisitions using specific keywords, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing methods.
- Develop sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Maintain an organized recruiting workflow, ensuring the timely delivery of all requisitions.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and status updates using the applicant tracking system (ATS) and spreadsheets.
SUPERVISION :This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- 1 + years of recruiting or staffing experience is preferred, along with an Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and resilient.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters to develop sourcing strategies and techniques.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experienced in recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Clearance Jobs.
- Demonstrate success sourcing within government contracting environments, with preferred experience supporting MDA, USSF, and FBI.
COMPUTER SKILLS :
- Skills in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment
- Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
