- Review Integrated Master Schedules and helping identify opportunities for condensing and/or simplification of schedule detail
- Identify methods for creation/development of a critical path
- Help generate summary views for presentation
- Identify opportunities and/or making suggestions for ways to stress test schedules
- Help identify additional opportunities for analysis to demonstrate schedule robustness
- Provide input into methods for effective incorporation of risks into a schedule
- Perform schedule risk assessments; analysis of actual versus baseline and estimated duration; evaluation of schedule progress against the plan; evaluation of the contractor's written reports; and critical path analysis
- Responsibilities may also include schedule estimating, substantiation of confidence level generation, schedule/prediction analysis, and project forecasting
- Schedule Analyst will have daily interface with government personnel and prime contractors
- The ideal candidate will have knowledge of DoD schedule management experience/skillsets (desired).
- A successful candidate will have at least (1-3) years of experience with duties/assignments specifically in support of projects/programs
- Familiarity with other schedule and analysis tools (i.e., MS Project, Milestones Professional) and Government programs is desired
- Experience in performing program system level schedule analyses and oversight; generating schedule assessments; and preparing reports/presentations
- Working knowledge of Department of Defense acquisition project scheduling, schedule management, and scheduling are desired
- The position requires an organized, detailed-oriented individual with strong customer-oriented communication skills, a minimum 1-3 years proficiency in Microsoft Project, MS Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and 1-3 years of experience with duties/assignments specifically in support of defense programs highly desired. Milestones Professional experience a plus.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance is required

- Salary Range: $55,000 - $85,000/Year, DOE

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
